FOURTEEN PROPHETIC MESSAGES FOR 2014 (PART 2)

JANUARY 2ND 2014

8. The Lord will restore what the locust has eaten. (Joel 1:4 and 2:25) “What the chewing locust left, the swarming locust has eaten; what the swarming locust left, the crawling locust has eaten; and what the crawling locust left, the consuming locust has eaten.” (Joel 1:4). “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you.” Joel 2: 25 (NKJV). The locusts here represent the armies that came against Israel. They also represent Satan and demons. The Lord will restore everything we have lost, the enemy has stolen from us or has destroyed (Prvbs 6:30-31).

Here we see four types of locusts which caused specific damage. Each representing four different things.

1. The swarming locust: The word “swarm” in the Hebrew is arob (aw-rob) and comes from the Hebrew word arab (aw-rab) which means “to meddle” or “to interfere” and speaks of the enemy meddling with or interfering in the affairs of men.

2. The crawling (or licking) locust (Cankerworm in the KJV): It is the locust at a certain stage of its growth just as it emerges from the caterpillar stage. The word is also rendered “caterpillar”. This type of locust breaks down its food with its saliva by licking it then flees away. This speaks of the enemy breaking someone down little by little through temptation then fleeing away and returning (Lk 4:13).

3. The consuming locust (caterpillar in the KJV): This locust is called the consumer and is translated hasil in the Hebrew, the root of which means “to devour” or “consume” (Mal 3:11 “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes”). It may have been a species of locust or the name of one of the transformations through which the locust passes (locust, grub). This refers to the enemy that slowly consumes and destroys lives through deception.

4. The chewing locust (palmerworm in the KJV): this refers to the enemy breaking down a life through “chewing” or constant attacks.

9. The Church is going to war! The Lord is taking us into battle against and victory over a Jezebel spirit, spirit of Ba’al as well as witchcraft, occult and control. The Lord has been telling me that as the Church moves into 2014, we are going to war, but it will be a war of REST! Meaning, we will fight and win the next battle in REST - RESTING IN GOD or learning how to receive the victory by putting our complete and total trust in God and His word ESPECIALLY when we don’t know or understand what’s happening. It will be swift, effortless and the Lord will fight for us! (Exo 14:13-16, 2 Chron 20:17, Deut 28:7). This is how we are going to receive in the coming days, weeks, months and years, through resting in God.

10. The Lord will send the former rain and the latter rain in the first month. “Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God for He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you—the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.” Joel 2:23 (NKJV).

In Israel, there are two rainy seasons called the former rain and the latter rain. The phrase 'former rain' denotes (the Jewish) spring, and 'latter rain' denotes (the Jewish) autumn. At the end of spring there was a harvest of grain and at the end of autumn there was a harvest of fruit. However, there was a long, hot summer between them. Israel basically has two seasons and is agriculturally reliant on its water supply because it doesn’t rain in summer. The former rain was sent to soften the hard, dry soil that was scorched by the summer heat to prepare it for seed. The latter rain was sent to water the seed for harvest. The former rain and the latter rain are two rains that correspond to the seven feast days revealed in Lev 23. In the first portion we see the former rain which represents four feasts of Israel that were fulfilled in the spring season by Jesus' first coming. The latter rain represents the last three feasts that will be fulfilled by his second coming as he literally returns to earth to bring his kingdom and rule the nations. They also refer to the two great revivals. The former rain refers to the first outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2) and the latter rain refers to the last days outpouring of the Holy Spirit and revival leading to the second coming of Jesus (Joel 2:28). The Lord also revealed to me that the former rain represents the move of God in the Old Testament and the latter rain represents the move of God in the New Testament. Notice, Joel 2:23 states, “and He will cause the rain to come down for you—the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.” The Lord revealed to me that we are coming into a season where we will see the former rain and latter rain fall together at the same time which means we will see what the people of God saw in the Old Testament as well as what the Apostles and believers saw in the New Testament early church occur at the same time in the same season and generation. It will get to a point where we will see the reaper overtake the sower (Amos 9:13).

11. The Lord will increase and multiply His glory upon, within and through the church.

At our monthly intercessory meeting on the 2nd of July this year, the Lord said, “It is coming! It is time! It is time for Me to increase my glory upon you! It is time for your light to shine forth and to burn brightly! It will be a sign to the people, suburbs, cities, states and nations round about! It will shine so brightly that people, leaders, kings and queens shall come to your light ! They shall come from EVERYWHERE! They shall come from the North, the South, the East and the West! They will say, “Why did we not know about these people and this church before?” It will start now (the New Year) and will increase little by little but faster than before until it overtakes the city! I have blessed this church and no curse will succeed against it! I have blessed this place for My use and My angels surround it!”

The Lord will make this church like the well of Jacob, an oasis in the wilderness.

“Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.” Isa 58:8 (NKJV).

“Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. 2 For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. 3 The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. 4 “Lift up your eyes all around, and see: They all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be nursed at your side. 5 Then you shall see and become radiant, and your heart shall swell with joy; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you. 6 The multitude of camels shall cover your land, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all those from Sheba shall come; they shall bring gold and incense, and they shall proclaim the praises of the Lord. 7 All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together to you, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister to you; they shall ascend with acceptance on My altar, And I will glorify the house of My glory.” Isa 60:1-7 (NKJV).

12. We will see victory over every test, trial, difficulty, hardship and demonic attack through praise and worship (2 Chron 11-14, 2 Chron 20:1-30). Praise brings power. We will enter in with praise and worship and as we do, the presence, glory and power of God will be increased upon, in and through us as a result.

13. God is giving us the gift of faith to believe for the impossible. Some are facing great difficulties and hardships at this time and are struggling to trust in, believe in and rely on God. One of the reasons is because they are trying to believe for something that’s impossible to believe for, in their own power. That’s why we need the gift of faith because the gift of faith makes it possible for us to believe for things that are impossible to believe for in our own power. The gift of faith is God empowering you to believe for things that are otherwise impossible to believe for in your own power. The gift of faith is God making the impossible possible.

14. For 2014, the Lord revealed that it will be the greatest year the Body of Christ has EVER seen! It will be a very significant year and major turning point not only for our church but for many churches and ministries as well as the church all over the world! God will release His glory in a way unlike anything we have ever experienced before! We will be CATAPULTED to a level of glory so great, even Christians will struggle to believe it! Revivals will break out in many places all over the world! God spent 2013 and the past three decades specifically preparing the church for what He is going to do now. He revealed to me that if He released the glory like He really wanted to and did everything He wanted to before this time, the church and the world will not be able to handle it, we will abuse it or will simply be crushed under the pressure of it. However, rather than cast the Church aside, God in His infinite love and mercy, as He did with Joseph of the Old Testament and many of the great men and women of the Bible, led us through a process of pruning, purification and transformation in preparation for the glory to come so that we will not crack under the pressure of it but be vessels and ministers of it. And now that time has come!

The number 14 is significant for this time. Two of the numbers which make up the number 14 are 7 and 2. 7x2 which equal 14 and two sevens, 7+7 which also equal 14. Also, when you add the numbers in the year 2014, 2+0+1+4 they equal 7. The number seven is the Biblical number which represents spiritual perfection, the perfection and fullness of God’s timing as well as victory in Christ. The number two represents the second person of the Holy Trinity, Jesus Christ. When a number is doubled or tripled as in this case with the number seven, it represents a more intensified version of the number and its meaning and is conveying a significant message. In this case, it conveys the fact that 2014 is God’s perfect timing to reveal the glory of Jesus Christ in a greater and more intense way than before! It will be a year of GREAT VICTORY for the Church which will continue to increase in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and beyond.

The colour that represents 2014 is the colour gold. When God showed me visions of 2014, I saw the colour gold! I saw solid gold, gold liquid, gold lights, gold sparkles, gold wind and gold dust. Gold is the heavenly colour. It is the colour of the King of kings and represents the glory of God, authority, power, kingship, heaven, eternity, royalty, purity, righteousness, wealth, riches and glory. It also represents an increase of the glory of God, angelic activity and the manifestations of the Holy Spirit. In 2014, the Lord will increase His glory in and through the Church as well as increase the authority and power of the Church. We will see more salvations, deliverances and healings as well as greater signs, wonders and miracles. For the world, the darkness will continue to grow darker and will be worse than this year but God will release His glory in a greater way in and through the Church so that we can be a beacon of light in the ever increasing darkness and as a result, see an unprecedented harvest of souls come to Christ before His return which is the main purpose for all this. This is exactly what we will see next year and in the coming years.

Amen and amen
